2. No Brokerage or Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Accessing Registrè.global, submitting an inquiry, requesting information or communicating through the website does not, by itself, create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, investment advisory, legal, financial, contractor, developer or other professional relationship.
Any such relationship must be established through appropriate agreements with Registrè Global Enterprises, LLC or the applicable Managing Partner, brokerage, professional, affiliated entity or service provider.

References to The Registrè Standard, Registrè qualification, Registrè Dossier™, Registrè Closing Intelligence™ (RCI), Registrè-Governed Transactions (RGTs), Registrè Intelligence, Registrè Living or other Registrè methodologies, standards or systems describe capabilities developed or used within the Registrè ecosystem.
Such terminology does not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding a property, transaction, professional, investment, construction project, service or future result.
Registrè standards are intended to establish discipline, consistency and quality of experience. They do not eliminate the need for appropriate inspections, due diligence, professional advice or independent decision-making.
6. Managing Partners and Independent Professionals
Registrè may operate through relationships with Managing Partners, affiliated or independent brokerages, real estate professionals, builders, developers, architects, designers, technology providers and other qualified professionals.
Unless expressly provided otherwise by written agreement, these parties may be independent businesses or professionals and are responsible for the services they provide.
Participation in the Registrè ecosystem does not necessarily create an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or agency relationship between Registrè Global Enterprises, LLC and an independent professional or business.
Specific relationships will be governed by the applicable written agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
The Registrè name, trademarks, logos, designs, written content, graphics, photography, video, methodologies, standards, terminology, systems and other proprietary materials displayed on or associated with Registrè.global are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Registrè Global Enterprises, LLC or its applicable affiliates or licensors.
This includes, where applicable, proprietary names and concepts such as The Registrè Standard, Registrè Dossier™, Registrè Closing Intelligence™ (RCI), Registrè-Governed Transactions (RGTs), Registrè Intelligence and Registrè Living.
Website materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, commercially exploited or used to create derivative materials without prior written authorization, except for limited personal and noncommercial use permitted by law.
No license or right to Registrè intellectual property is granted by your use of the website except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use

Registrè.global may also contain links to independent third-party websites, platforms or services. Registrè does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, terms or privacy practices of independent third parties.
10. Website Availability and Accuracy
Registrè endeavors to maintain accurate and current website information but does not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, error-free or continuously available.
Registrè may modify, suspend, withdraw, replace or update portions of Registrè.global at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

17. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with the Registrè Privacy Policy and any other notices expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Registrè concerning your general use of Registrè.Global.
Separate agreements governing specific properties, services, transactions, professional relationships or opportunities remain controlling with respect to those matters.
